HICAD Integrated Accounting System is a Web based and SAAS Accounting package which comprises General Ledger, Cash Book Management, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledgers subsystems all linked together and consolidated for the production of Final Account Reports. Fixed Assets & Inventory Control systems are also an integral part of the Accounting System.
The system is protected by the use of User Identifier and Password. All transaction generated by each user is traceable to the particular user. The access to the different function is equally controlled. The operation of the system is very simple. This is by the touch of a button on the screen until where the detailed information is required. There is Audit Trail on every account

This subsystem maintain the records of all transaction with the various suppliers. The payment of the invoices are automated by the production of payment report.
